Place the RC apparatus on the overhead projector and connect the battery to the input jacks. Connect the meter across the 100K-Ohm resistor. Charge the capacitor by moving the switch to the right (across the capacitor and battery to charge up the capacitors. Now move the switch to the nearest side of the 100K-Ohm resistor. This discharges the capacitor across this resistor. The voltage drop across the resistor is shown on the meter.
